GST portal file prep

Turn a pile of invoices, scans and photos into ready-to-upload PDFs that fit the GST portal’s size limits, in the order you choose.

1. What are you uploading?

2. Add your documents

PDFs, scans or phone photos, or drop them here

    3. Prepare

Add your invoices, scans or photos.

    How it works
    • Files are combined in the order listed. Photos become A4 pages. BHARIT then tries each quality step in turn (original, then photos at 2000, 1600, 1240 and 1000 pixels) and stops at the first one that fits. Text and lines are never blurred; only photos and scans are shrunk.
    • Pages are split into as few files as the limit allows, never mid-page, and named with letters, numbers and underscores only (for example Invoices_1of3.pdf).
    • Limits come from GSTN guidance where available (refunds: up to 10 documents of up to 5 MB each; registration documents 500 KB to 2 MB). Portal limits change: check the upload screen and adjust the numbers if they differ.
    • Up to 200 files and 100 MB each. Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first. Nothing is uploaded: the portal upload is still done by you on gst.gov.in.
    • BHARIT is independent and not connected to GSTN or the Government of India.
