Tested limits

CSV → PDF: up to 10,000 rows and 20 columns; wide tables switch to landscape and smaller text automatically; the header repeats on every page. Hindi and ₹ work.
PDF → CSV: selectable-text tables up to 200 pages and 20 columns. Each line of the PDF becomes a row; cells that wrap onto two lines may need fixing. For scanned tables use OCR Desk; for a reviewed Excel file use PDF tables to Excel.
The CSV is UTF-8 with a byte-order mark so Excel shows Hindi and ₹ correctly.
