What works and the tested limits

Chapters start at the largest headings in the PDF (detected from text size), with a table of contents for EPUB 3 and older EPUB 2 readers. Bold, italic, lists and web links are kept.
Text-based PDFs up to 500 pages and 100 MB. Pictures, columns, headers and footers are not carried over; scanned PDFs need OCR Desk first.
