What works and the tested limits

Up to 20 pages and 25 MB, the same limits as PDF to editable Word. Password-protected PDFs are not supported.
Structured mode detects headings from larger text, bold and italic from font names, bullet and numbered lists, paragraphs and web links. Plain mode keeps every line and escapes Markdown symbols.
Only selectable text is read. Scanned pages need OCR Desk first. Tables become lines of text; use PDF tables to Excel for tables. Columns, images, headers and footers are not reconstructed.
The PDF never leaves this browser.
