Who you are agreeing with

These terms govern your use of BHARIT services provided by Pranasara Elements Private Limited. By using the services, you agree to these terms. If you use BHARIT for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to create an account or enter into an agreement for a paid subscription or business workspace. Product-specific terms disclosed with an offer apply to that offer alongside these terms.

Free tools, Tools Starter and BHARIT OS

Browser tools are available free with sponsor placements. Tools Starter provides ad-free use of those tools for the paid period; it does not by itself include cloud sync or BHARIT OS access. BHARIT OS is currently available by invitation while in review. Planned features and “coming soon” descriptions are not promises of present access or delivery dates.

Features may change as the product develops. We will explain material changes affecting an active paid service and address any rights you have under applicable law.

Your account and responsibilities

Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in method and use only accounts and records you are authorized to access. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for the activity you authorize and for permissions you grant to other people.

Ownership and permission to process

You retain your rights in the documents, images and records you use with BHARIT. You are responsible for having permission to use that content, including other people’s personal information. When you intentionally submit content to an online service, you permit the processing necessary to provide that service and respond to your request.

BHARIT’s software, branding and other original product materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of them to you.

Check your work and keep backups

Review generated documents, calculations, conversions and exports before relying on them. Formatting, OCR and conversion results can contain errors. Tax, legal, accounting and official-service tools assist preparation; they do not replace professional advice, filing obligations or verification with the relevant authority.

You are responsible for exporting and safeguarding local work. Clearing browser storage can permanently remove local records. A sign-in is not a backup.

Prices, renewal and cancellation

The checkout identifies the price, currency, taxes, billing period and any renewal authorization before payment. Check these details before confirming. You can manage an active subscription through Account → Membership & billing.

Cancellation stops future auto-renewal and normally leaves access in place until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. Read the Cancellation & refunds policy; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Acceptable use

Use BHARIT lawfully and respect the rights and security of others. The Acceptable use policy explains prohibited activity, reporting and how access restrictions may be handled.

External services and links

Sign-in, payment services and external websites may have additional terms. BHARIT is independent of government agencies. Links to official services do not imply endorsement, and an exported form does not mean a filing has been accepted.

Service limitations and liability

We work to keep BHARIT useful and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results or suitability for every task. To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided as available, without additional implied warranties.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation must be read subject to applicable consumer and other mandatory protections.

Suspension and account closure

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, abuse, security risks or unpaid access, and explain the reason when it is lawful and safe to do so. Contact mybharit@gmail.com if you believe a restriction is mistaken or want to close your account.

Export available work before closing an account. Applicable retention duties can continue after closure. Account closure does not itself cancel a payment mandate: cancel renewal through billing as well.

Changes, concerns and disputes

Contact mybharit@gmail.com with a concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms are subject to applicable law and do not remove statutory consumer rights or access to competent courts and authorities. Material updates will be identified on this page and, where appropriate, through the affected service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere, competent courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction. We will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting an active paid service; a materially reduced paid service remains subject to applicable refund and consumer rights.
